Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Engineering Manager to lead our full-stack development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in engineering management, team leadership, and software development.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
