Job Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Techno-Functional SAP B1 Specialist to lead technology initiatives and drive operational excellence. In this role, you'll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem.

You should be passionate about delivering results, unafraid to take ownership, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and optimize SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
  • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.
