Our organization seeks a highly skilled Business Finance Expert to drive growth and optimize costs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations.

Job Summary

This role involves acting as an interface between finance and other functions to support business expansion and cost optimization. Key responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of our business, analyzing data-driven trends for profit and loss metrics, managing daily profit and loss statements, and creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  • Manage relationships with business stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Create and maintain accurate financial models and reports.
  • Publish regular business scorecards and manage stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
  • Candidate should hold a CA/MBA/B.Tech degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience post-qualification is required.
  • Excellent Excel/Google sheet skills and business acumen are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired, start-up/Retail experience preferred.
  • Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required.
