We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-Agentic AI. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive transformation in the finance industry, leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions and expertise.

As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll work closely with global counterparts to standardize and improve product offerings, while also driving thought leadership around best-in-class processes and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project and people management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex finance & accounting blueprints. They'll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate and present effectively at all levels of client organizations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope
  • Drive RFX submissions for new customers and develop business cases for non-qualified opportunities
  • Present proposed solutions to client executives, highlighting Genpact capabilities and benefits of centralization
  • Implement plans and support transitions for new clients
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository and develop Knowledge Management frameworks
  • Maintain project engagement balance between organization profit and long-term client opportunity

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field, with solid experience in people and project management
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work simultaneously on different tasks
  • Very good problem-solving abilities and innovative approach
  • Change management abilities
