**Job Opportunity:**

LPG Operations Manager & Stock Controller

At our rapidly expanding energy company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPG Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our filling station and manage our LPG stock levels.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the LPG cylinder filling station ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Enforce strict safety standards and compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and manage LPG stock levels, including inventory tracking and replenishment planning to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for the delivery and return of cylinders, ensuring timely and efficient supply chain management.
  • Maintain and supervise equipment (pumps, compressors, scales, valves, etc.) ensuring they are in good working condition and meet industry standards.
  • Prepare operational reports and documentation as required, providing valuable insights into station performance and areas for improvement.
  • Supervise and train technicians and plant operators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and efficiently.

**Requirements:
  • Technical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, electromechanics, energy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in LPG operations or a similar industrial setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of LPG filling systems, plant safety procedures, and equipment handling.
  • Proven experience in stock and inventory management, including tracking and replenishment planning.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to work independently under pressure, making sound decisions quickly and effectively.
  • English proficiency is required, with French being an added advantage.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is highly desirable.
