Job Description:

As a seasoned backend developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable systems using Java. Your expertise in engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD, and TDD, will help drive our team's success.

Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in building and deploying microservices at scale, with a strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms. Familiarity with containerization (Docker), Jenkins, and Git-based workflows is also essential.

Collaboration is key, so you should be comfortable working within agile teams, using tools like JIRA, and contributing to architecture decisions, technical reviews, and production debugging.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable backend systems using Java.
  • Develop and maintain microservices using Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA frameworks.
  • Work with Docker containers and Jenkins pipelines for seamless build and deployment processes.
  • Integrate and manage streaming platforms like Kafka, and databases like MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-9 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java.
  • Deep understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience in building and deploying microservices at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), Jenkins, and Git-based workflows.
  • Proficient in databases both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
  • Experience with message brokers or streaming platforms like Kafka.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in product-based companies, startups, or ecommerce platforms.
  • Prior experience in integrating or leveraging AI tools in engineering workflows.
