Job Title: Google Ads Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Manage Google Ads accounts with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Implement full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Regularly review bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing remarketing strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Demonstrated ability to create segmented audience lists based on lead behavior, website activity, and funnel position
  • Experience running tailored remarketing campaigns to increase conversion rates from previously engaged users
  • Skilled in analyzing the performance of remarketing efforts and optimizing creatives, bidding, and frequency based on data insights
  • Must have 2+ years experience in Paid campaigns
