Seeking a highly skilled professional to join our analytics and digital transformation team as a Power Platform Developer.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with a strong focus on DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling.We are looking for someone who can design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, build custom apps, and automate workflows that empower business decisions.The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.Responsibilities include integrating Microsoft 365 tools, monitoring and optimizing performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets.We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with Microsoft Power Platform/Power BI certification being a plus.A strong problem-solving skillset and ability to work in agile teams is essential.This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX and data modeling
  • Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business operations
  • Automate workflows and approvals with Power Automate to reduce manual effort
  • Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL, Excel, and Azure services
  • Monitor and optimize performance, data refreshes, and security of Power BI assets
  • Troubleshoot, support, and continuously improve existing Power Platform solutions
Requirements:
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling
  • Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction & transformation
  • Experience integrating Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Exposure to Azure services and APIs (REST/JSON) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams
