We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Professional to join our team. As an Associate Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for embedding security, privacy, and governance into our product design and partner ecosystems.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, data, and risk where compliance isn't a blocker, but an enabler of growth.
You will lead ISO, SOC2, GDPR, and DPDP practices with structured playbooks, automation, and mentorship support.
Our ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience in Privacy, InfoSec, or Compliance and is fluent in GDPR, DPDP, ISO 27001/27701, and SOC2.
They should have skills in certifications, audits, and regulator/client interactions, as well as collaboration with tech and product teams.
In this role, you will operate with real-time dashboards, clear risk registers, and executive visibility.
