Job Title

Compliance Expertise:

  • Lead regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives, ensuring adherence to RBI and SEBI guidelines.
  • Provide strategic advisory services to business teams on loan proposals and related matters.
  • Prepare and submit periodic returns to RBI and other regulators, coordinating with group entities.
  • Develop and implement annual compliance testing plans, reporting significant lapses to the Audit Committee and senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of RBI and SEBI regulations, financial compliance frameworks, and stakeholder management principles.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in handling audits, inspections, and board-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Oversight: Continuously monitor regulatory updates, assess their impact on policies and business processes, and ensure timely implementation.
  • Compliance Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive compliance strategies, aligning with RBI and SEBI requirements.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare and submit reports to RBI and other regulators, acting as the single point of contact for regulatory queries and clarifications.
