Job Title: Senior Manager - Incentives and Cash Flow Management

This is a leadership role responsible for the management of incentives and cash flow. The successful candidate will have expertise in financial analysis and management, as well as experience in working with teams to achieve goals.

  • Responsible for the management of incentives, including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation
  • Manage cash flow, including working capital management and debtors management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce costs
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in managing incentives and cash flow
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • Certified Accounting (CAG)
