Job Summary:

We are seeking an Energy Storage Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience with battery-based energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Electrical Design: Develop battery-based energy storage systems, including PCS, BMS, EMS, and SCADA designs.
  2. Familiarity with applicable codes and standards in the USA.
  3. Lead technical reviews and due diligence for installations to ensure compliance.
  4. Stay up-to-date on current battery technologies and their characteristics.
  5. Prepare FAT and integration test plans for BESS systems. Review technical documents from vendors.
  6. Manage bids and projects throughout their lifecycle.
  7. Perform electrical testing with proper PPE and procedures.
  8. Attend training sessions on equipment provided by manufacturers and approved by managers.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in BESS systems.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field. PhD candidates welcome.
  3. Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical schematics, technical manuals, procedures, and regulations.
  4. Minimum 3 years of electrical knowledge or training experience in BESS systems.
  5. Excellent organization, communication, analytical, planning, time management, and customer service skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  7. Strong client management, team management, and process management skills.
  8. Knowledge of other electrical and PV software is an added advantage.
