We're seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive profitable, scalable growth through precision targeting, smart bidding, and relentless creative iteration.
Job Overview
This role is ideal for a marketer who treats growth as a math problem, thrives on efficiency, and knows how to scale campaigns profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue innovative paid user acquisition strategies across multiple channels to ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Analyze deep-funnel metrics such as payer conversion, average revenue per user (ARPU), and lifetime value (LTV) to adjust strategy accordingly.
- Develop and manage budgets with the goal of maximizing ROAS, not just installs or click-through rates (CTRs).
- Rigorously test and iterate on high-performing ad types, including video, static, and playable ads.
- Build robust attribution models and cohort analyses using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with product teams on monetization strategies, funnel optimization, and LTV-boosting features.
- Deliver weekly performance reports on spend, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
- A proven track record of scaling user acquisition while maintaining positive unit economics.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics such as ARPU, ARPDAU, and retention.
- Experience running campaigns on both Android and iOS; comfort with platform-specific constraints.
- A solid understanding of creative testing strategy and what works in casual game ads.

- The ability to brief and evaluate creative teams with performance-first instincts.
