The Role

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growth team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional digital marketing skills, creativity, and the ability to think critically.

Key responsibilities include managing Meta Ads & Google ads for performance marketing, creating and optimizing campaigns across various channels to maximize return on ad spend, innovating new campaign ideas, and sharing them with the team.

As a key member of our growth team, you'll work closely with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition, conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.

You'll be responsible for tracking and measuring campaign-level, ad-set-level, and ad-level performance, providing actionable insights to inform future decisions.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders is crucial, as you'll work together to manage campaign production schedules, make adjustments as needed, and communicate relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in running extensive Google and Facebook ads
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale marketing budgets
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Familiarity with lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences
