The Invoice to Cash Dispute & Deductions Specialist will support the resolution of customer disputes and deductions for a leading US-based semiconductor manufacturing company, primarily serving large distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze customer deductions submitted via remittances or portals.
  • Research and validate the legitimacy of deductions by referencing contracts, invoices, proof of delivery, purchase orders, and internal approvals.
  • Classify and code deductions accurately per client policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve open disputes.
  • Communicate with customers/distributors to clarify discrepancies or request supporting documents.
  • Initiate collection efforts for invalid deductions and escalate issues per established procedures.
  • Document and track dispute resolution activities in Oracle or claims management tools.
  • Prepare reports on deductions trends, root cause analysis, and aging of open items.

Qualifications we seek in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent experience in collections, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting US clients or working in an international delivery service model.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite), and collection tools (e.g., High Radius).
