Key Responsibilities and Activities


Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support on-premise and industry-focused activation sessions and events.

Ensure that point-of-sale (POS) materials are compliant with brand guidelines and are in sufficient quantities to achieve visibility objectives in all relevant channels.

Support the development and execution of consumer and shopper activations, including point-of-sale, in-store displays, sales toolkits, and sampling activations, consistent with Perfect Store guidelines.

Work collaboratively with the commercial team to ensure compliance with activation calendar objectives.

Coordinate with distributors for stock, execution, and other requirements.

Collaborate with local agency partners to execute activations.

Identify and capitalize on ad-hoc opportunities in the market and integrate our brands' concerts, parties, launches, etc.

Manage point-of-sale materials (POSM) and deploy them in the right outlets.

Maintain an inventory of all POSM and procure locally produced POSM as needed.

Enhance the knowledge and capability of local distributors and wholesalers regarding 'drinks' and educate employees on the Campari portfolio, including product attributes, history, and usage.

Support the development of face-to-face training modules.

Manage payments with distributors and other partners.

Experience Required

Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Strong relationships in the on-premise sector.

Sales experience is highly regarded.

Skills

Expertise in mixology.

Ability to create cocktail lists across all levels of the on-premise sector.

Ability to convey passion for our brands.

Ability to network and build strong relationships.

Brand and consumer-focused.

Industry knowledge of local and interregional brands and competitors.

Awareness of local and global market and consumer trends.

Bar management acumen.

Public speaking and presentation skills.

Training skills.
