Electrical Engineer

A prominent industrial engineering organization seeks a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the engineering department, this role involves designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and instrumentation solutions for industrial thermal applications.

  • Develop and implement electrical schematics, power panels, and instrumentation layouts for efficient system integration.
  • Select and specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters for optimal performance.
  • Design and develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems, with expertise in Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, etc.
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning to ensure seamless system deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated system delivery and coordinate with mechanical and design teams for project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals, and ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical codes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects, preferably in furnaces, boilers, process plants.
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • PLC programming (Siemens, Delta, etc.).
  • HMI/SCADA development.
  • VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics.
  • Sensors and instrumentation for temperature, pressure, flow, etc.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel.
  • Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance.
