This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth while maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams and partners. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering results-driven sales plans, collaborating with marketing and regional sales teams to enhance the company's global presence, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and product advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account development strategies to expand install base growth opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth from existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals of ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client engagement and measurable value realization.
  • Enhance global presence through alliances and partner networks.
  • Stay updated on ERP product advancements, industry trends, and competitive insights to strengthen the company's positioning.
  • Champion internal alignment for long-term client relationship management and incremental revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in similar roles, with a minimum of 5 years in direct ERP sales (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, Microsoft).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across geographies and cultures.
  • Target-driven and resilient with a self-motivated approach to sales.
