Role: Drive growth for the Gift Cards business by managing distribution channels, P&L, and sales.

 

About the Role:

The role involves overseeing distribution channels, profit and loss statements, and sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and manage operations like gift card issuance and corporate program rollouts.

 

Skills you will bring to the table:

  • Distribution Channel Management: Optimize affiliate, direct web, and corporate distribution channels.
  • P&L & Revenue Ownership: Manage the P&L and revenue targets for the Gift Cards business, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and unlock new channels of distribution to drive increased gift card sales.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align and collaborate with key stakeholders from Flights, Hotels, and GT to ensure successful LOB buy-ins and project execution.
  • Operations Management: Oversee gift card issuance, corporate program rollouts, and manage customer escalations, working closely with CCG and Payments teams.
  • B2C Direct Sales: Lead B2C direct sales initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing and Alliances teams to drive revenue.
  • Product Planning & Innovation: Contribute to product planning for growth by launching new offerings for MMT Direct and Corporate Sales

 

Qualification & Experience:

  • Masters degree: From a reputed institute with 5- 8 years of experience in sales/Travel Trade/ Key Account Management/ Contracting/B2B Sales.
  • Experience: In handling multiple accounts as a partner is preferred.
  • Proficiency: In MS Excel and MS Power-point.

 

Key Success Factors for the Role:

  • Strong communication skills: Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
  • High on energy: Team player coupled with a great attitude.
  • Proficiency: In MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential.
