Relationship Manager Job Description

About the Role:

The Acquisition Team is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to focus on client acquisition for Vivriti Capital from the mid corporate segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debt markets and fundraising, with excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.

  • Client Origination and Debt Requirements:
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored debt solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing and sales strategies to acquire new clients.
  • Initiate and manage client engagement at promoter and CXO level.
  • Develop growth strategies to expand client base within specific geographies.
  • Sources opportunities through private equity funds, arrangers, and technology platforms.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Post Graduate degree in finance or related field.
  • Relevant experience in debt markets or fundraising.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to engage with promoters, CFOs, and treasury heads to build relationships.
  • Good technical understanding of finance, credit, and ratings.

Becoming a Relationship Manager:

This role requires a self-starter who can take initiative, work under pressure, and maintain high integrity while driving results-oriented performance. The ideal candidate will have strong selling skills, a deep understanding of banking products, and excellent oral and written communication skills. As a successful Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building a multi-city team to reach out to potential clients across the country, present Vivriti's value proposition, and ensure conversion.
