Test Engineering Specialist

Salesforce Test Engineers are responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA efforts, including defining test scope, creating detailed test cases, and ensuring thorough coverage across Salesforce functionalities, configurations, and data models.
  • Manage and guide QA testers, providing mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables.
  • Cordinate defect management activities using tools like JIRA and ALM.
  • Oversee the execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off.
  • Establish QA processes, best practices, and metrics to improve testing quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.
  • Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce projects.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and project management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and test management tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding QA testers.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues under tight deadlines.
