As an experienced project leader, you will oversee IT and managed services projects with a strong foundation in project management principles. You will drive service delivery aligned with governance and compliance goals, focusing on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and managed services projects, adhering to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Drive service delivery focused on governance, compliance, and CSI, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for critical issues, coordinating swift resolution and minimizing impact.
  • Develop and maintain 24/7 coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability and high-quality outcomes.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and approval of root cause analysis documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
  • Effectively manage and refine the project backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business objectives.
  • Anticipate risks proactively, establish mitigation strategies, and address issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain consistent reporting cadence to stakeholders and leadership, documenting activities with high attention to detail.
  • Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong foundation in project management concepts – risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in managed services environments, including SLA management and governance models.
  • Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, driving deliverables with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth.
  • Strong proactive risk anticipation and mitigation capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and lead conversations.
