">Job Description
  • Lead and coach teams through the adoption of Scrum principles and values
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Scrum practices and their applications
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and plan work effectively
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Enhance transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology team
  • Proven track record of successful Scrum implementations and process improvements
  • Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, including XP, Kanban, and Crystal
  • Hands-on experience with various Agile tools and techniques, such as Jira and Burn-down charts
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams towards high-performing Agile teams
