High-Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Software Quality Assurance (QA) professional to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our software solutions from new feature releases to ongoing enhancements, ensuring they meet digital accessibility standards.
This includes identifying potential failure points through data-driven approaches, championing test automation where feasible, and acting as the gatekeeper before any feature goes live.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging your analytical skills to deliver results on tight timelines.
- Document test cases and track issues in our collaborative platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and determine the scope of testing needed.
- Work with various stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience working and testing software applications.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, ARIA, REST API, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as browser behavior.
- Understanding of white box testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and regression testing methodologies.
- Experience working with issue tracking systems like Jira, Sentry, Redmine, or Bugzilla.
- Ability to quickly identify root causes of production support tickets.
- Debugging skills and ability to articulate complex technical issues effectively.
- Understanding of development technologies, including Java, JavaScript, REST API, ReactJS, and CSS.
- Experience with automated testing of web applications.
- Background working in Agile development lifecycles.
