Job Title: Assistant Manager- Facilities

  • A job opening for a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of security services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures for security operations, including formulation and review of policies.
  • Maintaining the Security Operations Manual up-to-date for use by all on-site security personnel is also a crucial task.
  • The selected individual will manage a team of around 70 headcount, comprising guards, security supervisors, armed guards, SO, and AO.
  • This role involves overseeing Access Control System, CCTV operations, Security Control Room operations, ID badging system, Visitor & Guest Management, Parking & Quick Reaction Team, as well as training firefighting teams.
  • The successful candidate will also ensure operational efficiency of firefighting systems, conducting mock drills in the capacity of Safety (BCP) SPOC.
  • Additionally, this position requires implementing ISO certifications within the department, including sustainability drives, as well as conducting security surveys, risk assessments, investigations, and emergency management tasks.
