Investment Banking Career Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our Investment Banking Operations team. As part of this role, you will work closely with clients to improve processes and controls that enhance capacity and scalability.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring and capturing data from various global functional teams across our clients, identifying discrepancies, and proposing optimal solutions using logical and systematic methodologies.

You must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and be able to apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. Additionally, you should be self-directed, proactive, and able to seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have strong business understanding of the finance industry, with a special focus on capital markets and derivatives. You should be proficient with numbers and able to derive information from data, as well as possess excellent multi-tasking and creative problem-solving skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Post-graduate degree in a relevant field
  • 2-5.5 years of experience in handling teams of minimum 10 members
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
