Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations:

    • Ensure timely and accurate execution of statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits.

    • Oversee end-to-end accounting and book closure activities.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports.

    • Support in monthly/quarterly financial reviews and presentations.

  • Audit Management:

    • Handle all audit-related queries and liaise with external auditors.

    • Maintain proper audit trail and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function.

  • In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards.

  • Proficiency in finalization of accounts and monthly financial closure.

  • Strong Excel skills and experience in accounting systems like Tally, Oracle, or similar.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently.
