Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- We drive business growth through innovative strategies and effective execution.
- Pilot programs are established to enhance collections, ensuring timely payment from clients.
- A strong understanding of revenue cycle management and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential to optimize insurance collection and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- The role requires in-depth knowledge of the downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.
- Specialized skills and adaptability are necessary to navigate diverse provider specialties and maintain excellent relationships.
- Our portfolio must meet client and internal performance benchmarks, promoting continuous improvement.
- Key responsibilities include developing leadership capabilities and business acumen of direct reports, as well as driving team development to achieve full competency.
- Policies, processes, and procedures are executed efficiently, ensuring seamless organizational operations.
- Leadership experience managing 5-10 teams is a requirement, along with exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Annual performance reviews and appraisals are performed proficiently, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and dashboards.
- Strong people management skills foster win-win situations, while prioritizing customer service and employee retention.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 14+ years of experience in End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management, with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
- Either currently serving as an Associate Director or having at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
- A proven track record of managing a team of 150+ members.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including organizing and managing human resources to attain goals.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, if required.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like PowerPoint and Excel.
