Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee all aspects of Human Resources. This includes recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, online platforms, and campus hiring programs to attract top talent.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain positive industrial relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Organize regular employee engagement activities and morale-boosting initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with labor regulations like ESI, PF, Factories Act, etc.
  • Liaise with external consultants, government officials, and maintain statutory records to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in audits related to labor, safety, and environmental compliance to prevent any potential issues.
  • Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and shift scheduling systems to optimize workforce productivity.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely salary processing and maintain accurate HRMIS and employee databases.
  • Identify training needs at the workplace and coordinate with internal and external trainers for technical and soft skills development.
  • Maintain training records and effectiveness reports to measure program impact.
  • Work closely with HSE teams to ensure a safe working environment and promote workplace wellness.
