We are seeking a Student Counsellor to support the growth of our organization.

Job Title: Student Counsellor
  • Counselling prospective students through data calling and online chat services, guiding them through the admission process for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others, as well as a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Counselling prospective students through data calling and online chat services.
  2. Advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
  3. Collecting feedback from participants and consolidating it for analysis.
  4. Handling queries over the telephone and converting leads to admissions.
  5. Maintaining records of telephonic and walk-in interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
