Duties and Responsibilities Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Duties and Responsibilities Associate to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate record-keeping.
In this role, you will also support the accounts payable process as needed to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
You will follow up diligently with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve outstanding invoices.
Additionally, you will track, monitor, and report on collection activities, highlighting delays or issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience in AR processes, with hands-on experience in collections.
You will have strong communication and negotiation skills for customer follow-ups, as well as the ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets.
Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
