Job Title: DLP Lead

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy advanced data loss prevention strategies
  • Create and manage user roles for comprehensive data access control
  • Perform server upgrades to maintain data integrity and compliance
  • Design and implement incident management workflows and document data protection processes

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cyber security or information security with 3+ years of expertise in Forcepoint DLP
  • Proven leadership skills with hands-on team management experience
  • Hands-on experience in implementing DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments, integrating with tools like AD, IAM, SIEM, Web, Email, etc.
  • Strong understanding of data classification and categorization methodologies
  • Experience in automating processes using scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
  • Knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery procedures for DLP systems

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in multiple scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive results
