About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our Lead Generation team. This role involves executing our performance marketing strategy on a day-to-day basis.

You will oversee campaign performance, identify new strategies and channels, and experiment to maintain or exceed established critical metrics. Creatively identifying target audiences across paid media platforms is key to this role.

A successful candidate will have hands-on experience with running ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, passion for marketing and sales, and a non-zero-sum mindset are essential. We also value strong communication skills, common sense, high curiosity, and willingness to fail and learn from mistakes.

Key Responsibilities:
