Job Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in driving online growth through data-driven marketing strategies. You'll manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging analytics and creative thinking to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Use data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and achieve performance goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure campaigns stay within financial goals while maximizing performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing is a plus.
