Job Title: Regional HR Manager

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional HR Manager to lead and oversee human resources operations across multiple locations. This role requires expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Guide management and teams on best practices for HR.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Build and manage career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion.

  • Conduct regular engagement surveys and design initiatives to boost morale and retention.

Compliance & HR Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions.

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
