The Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Process and quality check on HR transactions, including new hires, employment data changes, terminations/retirements, earnings/deduction transactions, and resolve tier 2 & 3 transactional and administrative issues.
- Identify trends and high-volume inquires that may indicate corporate-wide issues and get the team prepared to handle such volumes at times.
- Escalate non-transactional, production, or interpretative policy issues promptly and according to established protocols.
- Maintain and report out on service level agreements.
- Evaluate adequacy of current programs and recommend plan design changes and the addition of new plans.
- Supervise legal, financial, and procedural activities.
- Train and develop team members.
- Provide feedback to team members.
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fair knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Results-driven individual with minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration process.
- Proficiency in HR database applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
