After Sales Leadership Opportunity

Drive growth, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in after-sales service operations.

This pivotal role oversees effective after-sales support strategies to maximize retention and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive after-sales service strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key customers, addressing inquiries and resolving escalations.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop and negotiate service contracts.
  • Evaluate existing processes and workflows, implementing improvements to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in after-sales management within Top 10 companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading after-sales service teams and implementing impactful service strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field along with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
  • Certification in Service Management or Project Management is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
