This role is responsible for the daily administration of IT and support of our Learning Management System (LMS). Key tasks include system configuration, user management, troubleshooting technical issues, and educators to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration and Learning Management skills
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with educators, students, and technical support staff
  • Experience in Instructional Design
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or related field preferred
  • Experience with LMS platforms and technologies is an advantage

About This Role:

  • 1+ years of experience in an L&D, HR, or training role
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Experience facilitating live training sessions and managing onboarding programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Experience managing learning platforms or LMSs
