Main Responsibilities
- Provide Behavioural & Leadership training related to our roadmap and other initiatives to both operation and support staff employees up to middle management level.
- Support administrative training tasks.
- Plan, promote, and logistically manage courses according to department guidelines.
- Train support staff and operation teams.
- Support L&D Manager with internal and external training programs preparation and follow-up, as well as reporting and documentation.
- Liaise with external providers for ongoing or upcoming training initiatives.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications
- English - B2 or above
- GSuite / MS Office - Advanced
Studies & Experience
- Mandatory:
- Minimum 8-10 years overall work experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience as a L&D Training Facilitator
- Open to working evening shifts
- Experience delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development up to middle management level
- Experience conducting Training Need Analysis/Identification
