Main Responsibilities

  • Provide Behavioural & Leadership training related to our roadmap and other initiatives to both operation and support staff employees up to middle management level.
  • Support administrative training tasks.
  • Plan, promote, and logistically manage courses according to department guidelines.
  • Train support staff and operation teams.
  • Support L&D Manager with internal and external training programs preparation and follow-up, as well as reporting and documentation.
  • Liaise with external providers for ongoing or upcoming training initiatives.

Required Knowledge and Qualifications

  • English - B2 or above
  • GSuite / MS Office - Advanced

Studies & Experience

  • Mandatory:
  • Minimum 8-10 years overall work experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of work experience as a L&D Training Facilitator
  • Open to working evening shifts
  • Experience delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development up to middle management level
  • Experience conducting Training Need Analysis/Identification
