Job Description

This role involves overseeing the development team in an Agile environment, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring timely delivery of features and milestones. The ideal candidate will have 16 to 18 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.

The successful candidate will lead the development of microservices architecture, ensure each service is independent, modular, and well-integrated, and collaborate closely with product owners and other collaborators to define project requirements.

A key aspect of this role is driving automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across development and operations teams, with a focus on optimizing CI/CD workflows to enable rapid, reliable, and automated software delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a development team using Agile methodologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#.
  • Expertise in full-stack development, including frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) and backend development (Web APIs, RESTful services, databases).
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture, development, and standard processes.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Solid experience in cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and code collaboration tools.
