Technical Leadership Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Technical Lead to manage and mentor a team of .NET developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, leadership skills, and the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of .NET developers in software project planning and execution
  • Design and implement scalable software solutions
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills
  • Collaborate with product managers and QA teams to define project requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical challenges, implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Lead who has at least 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong understanding of .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core.
