Technical Analyst Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to support our EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.The ideal candidate will drive process improvement and cost efficiency by analyzing workflows, defining KPIs, and building dashboards for decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  • Support AWS cloud cost optimization strategies including RI, Savings Plans, and anomaly detection.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and improve overall efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Strong skills in SQL and Python/R programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with IaC/CI-CD.
