Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a key function that enables informed business decisions. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in the Australia and New Zealand Electrical region.

The successful candidate will oversee and execute processes necessary to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of the Division. This includes working collaboratively with finance, accounting, business operations, and senior management sites throughout Australia and New Zealand as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and execution of financial planning and analysis processes
  • Development of senior management presentations including finance, operations, marketing, and others as necessary
  • Support for plant division in routine financial analysis and reporting as required
  • Assistance with planned and ad-hoc projects
Key Accountabilities:
  • Preparation of monthly results and forecast commentary package for the consolidated Division
  • Sales and profit number publication for Site Division
  • Variance analysis and communication of results
  • Preparation of ongoing monthly and periodic financial reports
  • Price realization analysis and measurement
Requirements:
  • Accounting major or equivalent qualification
  • CA, ICWA, CFA, MBA, Finance preferable
  • 8-10 years of FP&A and accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Manufacturing industry experience pre-requisite
  • Proficiency with MS-Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other reporting tools
