Job Title: Compliance Transformation Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving transformation initiatives across sanctions, AML, financial crime risk, third-party risk management, and regulatory compliance. This role requires proven expertise in building compliance frameworks, leading digital transformation, and managing global stakeholder expectations.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced legal & compliance professional who can drive process re-engineering, automation, and change management to strengthen compliance effectiveness. You will lead initiatives on digital transformation in compliance, AML screening, financial crime risk, gap assessments, and third-party risk management. Additionally, you will deliver high-quality reports and presentations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement compliance training programs beyond standard modules
• Identify additional training areas aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training relevance and effectiveness
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable advisories
• Support business units with practical insights on sanctions-related risks
• Draft, review, and update policies, SOPs, and frameworks to align with evolving regulations
• Ensure effective implementation and communication of compliance policies
• Lead process re-engineering, automation, and change management to strengthen compliance effectiveness

Requirements:
• 14–15 years of progressive experience in legal compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory
• Strong leadership experience with proven ability to manage teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Graduates from reputable institutions preferred (law background not mandatory)
