Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Lead to spearhead our global engineering team. In this key role, you will lead and develop a high-impact team globally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the development of global capability centers and ensuring seamless integration with worldwide engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of the Global Capability Centre, ensuring seamless integration with worldwide engineering teams.
  • Act as the central technical point for communication and support related to GCC tasks.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions aligned with defined quality standards.
  • Oversee and manage projects efficiently, adhering to established systems, processes, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices to enhance engineering quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop the technical skills and competencies of the GCC team to meet evolving business demands.
  • Travel as needed to support project execution and global teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a global engineering context.
  • Strong background in engineering and project execution
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong technical expertise with hands-on project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capability to operate effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
