Global Engineering Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Engineering Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-impact engineering team on a global scale while working on cutting-edge automation projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a global capability centre, ensuring seamless integration with worldwide engineering teams. They will also act as the central technical point for communication and support related to GCC tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance engineering quality and operational efficiency
  • Overseeing and managing projects efficiently, adhering to established systems, processes, and standards
  • Maintaining and developing the technical skills and competencies of the GCC team to meet evolving business demands
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a global engineering context
  • Strong background in engineering and project execution
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
