We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to oversee a team of analysts supporting Commercial Real Estate operations. This role will manage day-to-day delivery, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor analysts processing loan applications, credit documentation, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure delivery in line with Service Level Agreements/KPIs with a high level of accuracy.
  • Track, review, and report team performance; conduct regular feedback and coaching.
Operational Excellence
  • Enforce adherence to Lending Policy, Standards, and Criteria.
  • Review and approve credit papers/documentation prior to submission.
  • Support the use of front-end systems to monitor loan applications through approval.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the single point of contact for client stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations, provide operational updates, and lead process alignment discussions.
  • Facilitate transparent, regular communication between teams.
Compliance & Risk
  • Oversee collaboration with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Crime teams.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and client-specific policies.
Process Improvement & Reporting
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and insights.
Candidate Profile

Candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or financial services. Proven experience in leading teams and working with international banking clients.
