US Mortgage Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mortgage management team. As a US Mortgage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Direct team members in their daily activities, attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders.
- Enhance customer satisfaction levels and quality control of residential mortgage loans.
- Develop coaching and training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and oversee the loan production pipeline to meet KPI targets.
- Familiarity with mortgage industry regulations, including TRID guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good supervision, organization, and mathematical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skill.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in mortgage origination and correspondent experience.
