As a Healthcare Analyst, you will play a crucial role in turning real-world healthcare data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes.

This position requires leveraging advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from development to market launch and post-market monitoring, using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualizations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
