Lead Software Developer

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a highly skilled software developer.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Magento 1.x and Magento 2.x development, including front-end and back-end skills. They will be proficient in PHP, MySQL, and OOP principles, and have hands-on experience with Magento Extensions installation, customization, and development.

They will also have knowledge of JavaScript, Knockout.js, Require JS, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3, as well as understanding of Magento REST & GraphQL APIs for integrations.

A strong background in version control (Git/Bitbucket) and build tools (Composer) is essential, along with exposure to production support environments and ITIL knowledge.

The successful candidate will have excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills, as well as excellent communication skills (both oral & written).

They will be able to prioritize and manage assigned tasks, work on shifts, and be willing to take on new challenges.

In terms of specific technical skills, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of Adobe Commerce Cloud features, familiarity with Elasticsearch, Redis, Varnish, and RabbitMQ, as well as basic knowledge of Linux command-line for deployments.

A certification in Magento 2 Certified Developer or Adobe Certified Professional in Magento Commerce Developer would be an asset.
